FAQ

1. Product Quality & Material

Q: What is the difference between "Standard PP" and "Recycled PP" (rPP) chairs?
A: Our standard PP chairs are made from 100% virgin polypropylene, offering superior durability, vibrant colors, and higher impact resistance. Recycled PP (rPP) chairs utilize post-consumer waste, making them more cost-effective and eco-friendly, though color consistency may vary slightly. We offer both options to meet your specific budget and sustainability goals.

Q: Are your chairs stackable? How many can be stacked?
A: Yes, most of our PP chair models are designed for space-saving stacking. Depending on the specific model, they can typically be stacked 8 to 15 units high. Please refer to the individual product specifications for exact stacking limits.

Q: Do the chairs come with UV protection for outdoor use?
A: Yes. We can add UV inhibitors to the raw materials during the injection molding process. This prevents color fading and material brittleness caused by prolonged sun exposure, making the chairs suitable for both indoor and outdoor commercial use.

Q: What is the weight capacity (static load) of your chairs?
A: Our standard commercial-grade PP chairs are tested to support between 110kg (240 lbs) and 150kg (330 lbs) depending on the design. We also offer heavy-duty reinforced models that can support up to 200kg.

2. Customization & OEM

Q: Can I customize the color of the chairs?
A: Absolutely. We offer a wide range of standard colors (black, white, grey, red, blue, etc.). For bulk orders (MOQ applies), we can also match any specific Pantone (PMS) color code to match your brand identity.

Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM projects? Can I print my logo on the chairs?
A: Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM. We can print your logo via pad printing, screen printing, or even laser engraving. We also accept custom modifications to the mold structure if you have a specific design in mind. Please contact our sales team for a custom project quote.

Q: Can I choose different materials for the legs or add cushions?
A: Yes. While the seat and back are PP, we offer various leg materials (Metal, Beech Wood, Ash Wood) and finishes. We can also source and attach PU or fabric cushions to the seats for added comfort.

3. Logistics, Packaging & Shipping

Q: How do you pack the chairs to minimize shipping costs?
A: We understand the importance of volume efficiency. We use two main packing methods:

1. Stacked Packing: Chairs are nested inside each other (e.g., 4 chairs per carton) to minimize volume.

2. Knock-Down (KD) Packing: For specific models, legs are packed separately from the seat to save even more space.
We will always suggest the most cost-effective packing method based on your order volume.

Q: Do you ship FOB, CIF, or DDP?
A: We are flexible and can accommodate all Incoterms. Most of our clients prefer FOB Xingang (Tianjin) for sea freight. However, we also offer CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your destination port.

Q: What is your estimated lead time for production?
A:

- Stock Items: 7-10 days after deposit.

- Custom Color/OEM: 20 days around after sample confirmation and deposit receipt.

- Full Container Load (FCL): Typically 20-30 days.

4. Certifications

Q: Are your chairs certified for the global market?
A: Yes. Our products meet the strictest international safety standards. We hold certificates such as ISO9001 ISO14000 BSCI. We can also provide test reports upon request.

5. Ordering & Payment

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A:

- Standard Colors: 100 units per color per model.

- Custom Colors: 200 units per color (varies by model).

- Mixed Containers: We can discuss mixed loading of different models to fill a 20ft or 40ft container.

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: We can provide samples for quality inspection. We usually charge a small fee for the sample and express shipping, which is 100% refundable once you place a formal bulk order.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit). For new clients, our standard term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment (against B/L copy).
